HSI Hair Flat Iron

I received a complimentary hair iron from HSI for my unbiased opinion. I was very impressed with the product. For starters, the product comes profesionally wrapped in its box and brings a heat glove for hand protection and a beautiful red satin case to store it. I love the length of the cord since it gives you ample room to move around the area that you are ironing your hair in. The product features a dial for the heat temperature and a click on and off button. It evenly heats the plates which gives an even iron to each strand of hair. My picture above has the "before" picture on the left and the final product on the right. I was very happy with how my hair came out. I suffer with frizzy hair and since I iron it daily I also have dry hair. This iron, spray and leave in oil treatment took care of all those worries.

The way I used the product which I recommend that you follow is as follows:

1- spray the Argan oil to the section that you are working on (I divide the hair to four quadrants)

2- begin the ironing process and slowly and smoothly clamp down on the hair as you glide down

3- repeat steps 1-2 to each quadrant

4- finish off with the leave in hair treatment

Garnier Fructis Shampoo, Conditioner and Hair Spray

I received free samples of Garnier Fructis products for my review purposes. The opinion below is my own unbiased review of the products.

I'll start with my favorite, the shampoo + conditioner. The shampoo smells delicious but that's not all. It thoroughly cleanses without drying out your scalp. It leaves your hair moisturized for days. I try not to wash my hair everyday. In fact, I try to go three days without washing if possible (not in summer unfortunately). This shampoo leaves my hair clean and not oily for the entire three days. Huge plus! The conditioner helps relax my frizzy hair and gives me a fighting chance against Miami humidity, which is a KILLER.

The hair spray is amazing. It truly holds for at least 24 hours despite sweat or rain falling on your hair. I put it to the test this month as I took it with me on a European trip. I sweat like crazy in the trip and my hair, which was up in a ponytail, did not move! It was surreal to me since my other hair sprays (twice the cost of this one) do not hold up. In Paris, I got drenched on the Eiffel Tower. My hair would not show that since it stayed neatly sleek back. Totally recommend this product. I did not use it for 48 hours so I can't attest to that claim. But seeing how it worked during 24 hours, I wouldn't doubt that it would hold for longer. I gave out samples to friends and family. They have all thanked me immensely for the products. Some used it for wedding guest hairstyles and were extremely impressed with the hold.

I was very impressed with how lightweight this hair dryer really is. It looks so heavy when you see it pictured but it is the total opposite. The hair dryer is super modern looking. From the design it has featuring a quadricular indentitation to the clear blow tip all the way to the blue light feature. It has all of the settings you would expect from a normal hair dryer.
